Convenient to all locations. Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet and well appointed room with an outlook onto Chinatown. Excellent maid service.
Room needed freshening up with a quick lick of paint. Australian TV channel would have been welcome.

Location is very very good. You can get to many places by foot (to Gold Triangle 20 minutes, to Petronas Towers 40 minutes). Staff is ok. Guys were helpful, also they allowed me check-out 2 hours later than usual, and to leave my stuff in storage room until I was in Taman Negara for 3 days.

Close to the action being right in the middle of Chinatown. Air con was a welcome relief from the heat.
Bit overpriced for the area. There were better deals in the area. No common area for guests to go.

This hotel is located nearby nice Chinese food restaurant. It's easy to get a taxi to go anywhere.
Room is not as good as shown in the picture. We're staying in a family room and a part of its wall is dirty. The wall on the other side of the room was covered by cheap red curtain and it's apparently just meant to cover up bad looking wall. When we checked in, we're given smoking room although we have specifically mentioned that we want non smoking room. Although they agree to give a different room, it created lots of hassless as we have to move our bags and move up and down to the receptionist to arrange the room changing.

The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the heart of a bustling market area. The room was clean and well-maintained.- The staff was friendly and helpful.
The noise from the street and surrounding area was extremely loud, making it difficult to sleep at night. The entrance to the hotel was often blocked by vendors, making it a bit inconvenient to access.

Location of the hotel was good. All the basic things are ok and since we were traveling with our 3 children we got almost adjoining rooms. Good WiFi and clean rooms, basic but clean. Hotel staff friendly and resourceful.

Good location. The guy on the night shift was very helpful and friendly. Clean rooms.
Make sure you get a room with a big window, we ended up with a very small one and only realized last day. The elevator is a bit creepy. They offer long term luggage storage that they said is locked, but the bags just really get chained to the staircase that everyone at the hotel has access to, staff and guests, so we found another place down the road. If you want a taxi to airport don´t book through the hotel cause the charge you more then they do on the streets, especially the woman. Taxi to air asia airport should be around 80 MYR.
